Scott Carter was named CEO of ID Analytics in August of 2015. Carter joined ID Analytics as the company’s COO in September 2014, with responsibility for leading corporate strategy and go to market initiatives. Carter brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience to his role, with expertise in data, software and decision technologies for the financial services industry and adjacent markets. Carter has served as senior vice president at Experian, where he was responsible for analytics and fraud solutions globally and led their go to market efforts for the North America region.
Prior to joining ID Analytics, Carter has held senior leadership roles at Mitek, Fair Isaac Corporation (now FICO) and First Union (now part of Wells Fargo). Carter has a BA from the University of Delaware and a MBA from the University of Delaware, Lerner College of Business and Economics.
Sameer Chopra is ID Analytics’ Chief Analytics and Science Officer. He is a thought leader with 20-plus years of experience solving practical business problems using Advanced Analytics and machine learning.
Most recently, he served on the senior leadership team of GoDaddy as the Chief Analytics Officer. Prior to which he was the Chief Analytics Officer for Orbitz Worldwide (Expedia). Here he founded and grew the Advanced Analytics group—applying data science and machine learning across different facets of the organization.
He currently also serves on the advisory board of Northwestern University’s MSiA (Master’s in Analytics) program where he mentors students and helps shape the curriculum. Chopra has a Master of Science, Operations Research from MIT and a BS, Math & Computer Science, Summa Cum Laude/Valedictorian from Allegheny College.
Ken Meiser is ID Analytics’ Chief Product Strategist focusing on our identity and privacy solutions. He has 20 years’ experience in designing and implementing fraud mitigation, compliance and authentication services and products at Cortera, LexisNexis, ChoicePoint and the National Council on Compensation Insurance. Ken oversaw the implementation of Identity and Age Verification for several Fortune 500 consumer products and financial services firms and architected specialty applications to support federal agencies. He has provided expert testimony to state and federal regulators on the best practices in identity risk and the use of public records and private consumer data.
Ken serves on the Board of Advisors for the Center for Identity at the University of Texas and is currently completing a Masters in Identity Management and Security with the inaugural class at UT. He is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University and served eight years in the U.S. Air Force.
Garient Evans is the vice president of client services at ID Analytics, a Symantec company. He is responsible for the professional services, business analysis and client implementation functions to support the entire client lifecycle at ID Analytics. For several years, Evans was responsible for ID Analytics’ fraud solutions, including the flagship ID Score with device authentication.
Evans was formerly with Deloitte Consulting, concentrating on global financial services clients with a particular specialty in credit, collections, and payments. Evans has 15 years of experience within the financial services industry. He holds a BA in communications and Spanish from the University of San Diego, and an MBA in finance from Duke University.
Jason is the Head of Credit Risk Solutions at ID Analytics with over 10+ years’ industry experience. Jason came to ID Analytics from TransUnion where he was responsible for the business development and implementation activities of TransUnion’s solutions. During his tenure at TransUnion, Jason held multiple consulting roles across the company spanning from data acquisition and management to helping led a team of engineers who were responsible for complex company product rollouts, supporting key financial services clients.
Prior to joining TransUnion, Jason was at Hewitt Associates. During his 3 year tenure, he was responsible for strategic consulting, including business and strategy development. Jason holds a M.A. in Banking and Strategy from University of Pennsylvania – The Wharton School, and a B.A. in Business and Finance from Western Michigan University.
Kevin King has nearly a decade of experience in credit risk and fraud analytics, having served in a variety of roles at ID Analytics since joining the company in 2007 including analytics, business analysis, product strategy and professional services. In each of these roles, King has focused on applying ground breaking analytic tools to the unique financial services challenges, and has directly supported projects at top 10 banks, several “Big 4” wireless carriers, the two leading U.S. satellite television companies, and multiple leading cable and internet providers.
A driving force behind ID Analytics’ thought leadership program, he has authored several thought leadership whitepapers on a range of topics spanning fraud, credit and identity risk. King holds a B.A. from the University of Colorado.
Carmel is a Senior Product Marketing Analyst at ID Analytics. Carmel’s responsibilities include managing ID Analytics’ renowned thought leadership program, including both primary and secondary research into emerging fraud, credit and identity risk trends. Prior to her role on the product marketing team, Carmel was a Business Analyst where she performed retrospective solution and strategy analyses for numerous Fortune 500 organizations.
Carmel came to ID Analytics from Kalman and Company where she performed cost analysis as a government contractor. Carmel holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Virginia.
